He even does his own stone counter tops, so no waiting long stretches for another contractor. A big renovation requires putting a lot of trust in your contractor. To have someone who does what he says he'll do, sticks to his prices, and you can trust in your home while you're not there went a long way for us. And his commitment doesn't end when the project is over- he is always there to answer questions and stands by his works and follows up if any issues arise. "literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
