"Technicians who came to our home were courteous and clearly explained what needed to be done. Careful in explaining the choices and their cost. Also wore shoe covers to protect our home as they entered. A pleasure to have them work here. Nice to work with professionals."

"Tom is a great guy. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is prompt both with returning phone calls to schedule work, and showing up on time to do the work. I was remodeling a downstairs bathroom, Tom reset a new tolette, changed pumbing to go from 2 sinks to 1 sink, put in a vessel sink and faucet and replaced part of a sewer pipe. He was meticulous. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will use him again in the future

"Superb technician who was thorough, explained clearly."

"I found water on basement floor I was concerned where it came from. The repairmen could of easily seen big bucks if he could do more then he needed, but this young man found it was ground water and no further work was necessary as sadly too many others would of ran up the bill just for the money . He was very honest, friendly didn't treat me as like he knew everything and I knew nothing."

"The pro did a great job clearing out clogged toilet."

"I hired Waters Edge Plumbing to repair two main shutoffs. They called and said they were running late, had a problem with some of there equipment had to leave and come back. They did a great job on the Soldering Job, but after a few days there started to be a SLOW leak. My wife had to call them numerous times to come back and fix the problem. After he comes back he tells my wife I need to put in a vent or he won't honor the warranty. Use someone else!!!"
