"Highly responsive and very professional. Tech Charlie Long and his apprentice, Matt, were on time, listened carefully as I explained the problems, and came up with a plan to do the repairs. Charlie went over the plan and pricing before starting work- repairing a broken bathtub drain and piping to locate a main shutoff valve inside the house instead of in the crawlspace. The workmanship is excellent- Charlie & Matt took great pains to insure there were no leaks and did a good job cleaning up. The job was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Highly satisfied."

"The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Connor McBride gave me an excellent evaluation and estimate. He answered my questions patiently and professionally and responded to my phone calls and texts immediately. The staff (Gina was especially helpful the day of the install) in the office displayed the same professionalism and again, responded immediately to questions or concerns. The crew that arrived for the installation, (Fred and several men named Mike) were right on time and explained exactly what they were doing and how it may impact me as I was home for the entire day. They were also extremely professional and very pleasant to be around all day. Extra care was given through out the process to keep things clean and organized, with no damage to walls, wood floors, rugs or stairs as equipment and supplies were carried in and out of my home. He fit my disconnect/reconnect into his work schedule to fit when my counters would be installed with as little disruption to our water/gas services as possible.
