"We had a very positive experience with our fence project. It started with Jim Howell responding to my on-line inquiry and continued right through to completion. The rain caused a couple of delays along the way, and I still need a couple of final accessories installed, but my wife & I are very pleased how the fence looks. My wife & I had slightly different visions of the layout, and Jim made some suggestions of his own along the way (based on topography); the final result turned out perfect. "I just had Hardick Fence replace my chain link fence, replacing it with a wooden one. I decided to replace it because on one side was an open field, which just bothered me. But it was the other side that was the main reason for replacing the chain link with a wooden one, and that's the vicious dog on the other side of the fence. This dog is always in attack mode. I 1st met with the owner of Hardrick Fence, Manny. I found Manny to be a very nice, and very professional/personable person. He accessed the situation, asked me if I wanted the old chain link taken down, which I did, and gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the job. Before the job started I asked him if he could also replace the chain link gate with a wooden one. He said yes, and we agreed on the added cost of the gate, which was again, very resonable. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the fence."

"Mae Fence replaced our old wood fence with a nice black aluminum fence. The installers were great. They cleaned up the yard and hauled away the old wooden fence. They were accurate in their estimate on the an install date. We had some neighbor kids damage a few slats. They promptly came out and replaced 3 slats. It looks great and we are thankful to have a great yard for our dogs to run."

"They were miracle workers! It was 25 years since my aluminum siding was painted. My white house was green and end pieces were missing. The gutters also pulled away from house. The guys were great and hard working. They power washed, scraped, re-caulked, painted and did additional prep work for me. My garage roof was tarred and the house gutters were screwed in. I will definitely call again for additional interior painting and other things I need done."

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! We will not hesitate to hire them for any other work we need done in the future! Thank you!"
