"I purchased a Spring Clean Up Special for mid May, date dependent on weather. It was a rainy week with our backyard swamped. I recommended they put me off a week for the yard to dry up. I was told the crew works rain or shine & a delay on my part would put me at the back of the line. The 2 man crew arrived and they agreed the backyard was too wet and working it would trench the lawn. I recommended they work the front yard and return to finish the job after a few dry days. The office makes it simple for themselves and considered my job as DONE rather than incomplete.. If I wanted to start from scratch they would allow me to purchase another Spring Clean Up Special rate for the backyard & would be scheduled at the back of the line for mid June. The landscape team was great, the office manager is great, but just be warned that the Company has a policy that doesn't care about following through with their commitment. ."

He kept in touch with us all summer, and in September took a week to dig out the old grass and weeds, fill in/level out the yard with topsoil, and installed sod. Coming up beautifully this spring. "The crew was efficient and did exactly as they proposed: evacuated to the footer tiles, removed and and replaced the drain pipes which were 100% clogged with silt, cleaned the foundation, applied concrete, then tar, re-sloped the footer cove, snaked, flushed and tested the system, back filled with gravel and then top-soil. All this took several days and each day the crew took care to clean the yard, rake up the grass where the plywood and machinery had compressed it, and haul off all soil and debris. They lay plywood across the yard to ameliorate the impact of the machinery. The grass under plywood is beginning to come back and the ground was dry enough that the yard was only slightly depressed. The only casualty was a few plants which were removed without sufficient soil attached to the roots to last through the several days it takes to do this, but they took care to label the pants according to a sketch of the landscaping in order to replant them. The crew was working at a disadvantage in my yard as my neighbors' house is close to mine and they were required to place plywood on the neighbors' yard to run the machinery up to my foundation, but took care only to run the machinery on my yard, which I know made for some tight maneuvering. I appreciate that for the sake of my relationship with my neighbors - my job ended up causing them some disturbance but it was keep to an absolute minimum. Would recommend."

"Jeff came out quickly and was very informative. He is very customer oriented. He gave great suggestions and our yard looks great. They cleaned up well and other than the great work, you wouldn't know they were here. They are professionals and are easy to work with. We would recommend them to others. However, we have been trying to get a follow up here at the end of summer and it has been a little difficult to reach them. Seems like they have gotten a little busy for us."

"Tom and his crews did an awesome job with our yard and we couldn’t be happier. We had a laundry list of items we wanted to take care of (remove old lawn, build a box around our playset and mulch it, re-grade the entire back yard, lay new sod, and mulch our other beds while there. His quote was very reasonable (middle of the range for those we received). He did say they were booked quite a few weeks out and it took even longer than that to start (the weather didn’t help), but he stayed in contact along the way. When his crews did arrive, they were very courteous and professional. They communicated with our neighbors when needed and did a great job with cleanup as well. Would definitely recommend and use again!"
