"Ed from ER paving responded to my call quickly. I wanted our driveway and a path to our deck blacktopped and our front walkway redone with concrete. We spoke to three different companies and decided to hire Ed, he gave us suggestions and a good quote. He was able to do the job the next week and we wanted to get the job completed ASAP. When Ed arrived he said he could only do the blacktop for the driveway and path at that time, but would be back in a few days to do the concrete walkway. Three weeks later Ed has not come back and he is not returning our calls. I have called Ed on a daily basis to find out if he?s coming back to finish the job and he never answers his phone and has not returned my call. I left him a message asking if he plans on finishing this job and no call back from Ed. The work he did was fine however I cannot recommend this company since the job was not finished and I have received a response from Ed. It?s incredibly unprofessional and upsetting to say the least."

Al came out and provided one of the top 2 quotes for the driveway but had the best price for the additional parking area. Their company’s reviews were one good review after the other. "We hired NY Property Care to pave our church’s parking lot. Less than a year later, we’re already seeing multiple areas where weeds are growing through the asphalt. When we reached out for help, instead of standing by the work or honoring the 2-year warranty against cracks and depressions, the owner became defensive, dismissive, and ultimately insulting and unprofessional. Despite the written agreement stating that damaged asphalt would be removed and grading completed as needed, the owner later re-characterized the job as a “cap” and refused to offer any meaningful support. When I brought up the contract and asked reasonable questions about material quality or prep, he responded with sarcasm and personal insults, calling our church’s decision-making into question. This is not how a professional contractor should treat a customer, especially a church that paid over $40,000 for the job in good faith. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for paving work. If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability or even respectful communication."
