Room remodeling in which a suspended tile ceiling with insulation was replaced with a solid sheet rock ceiling and new insulation. An existing sun deck was completely replaced and well enforced. The workmanship and materials used were first class. The appearance of the new deck is very pleasing. Remodeling in house stairs, including installing a new light. Installing an addition to a concrete walkway in the front yard. All the work was done with exceptional quality. The crew was always on time and all jobs were done timely. Clean up was done daily. They have demonstrated the flexibility to adjust to any existing conditions on site. I would highly recommend John Elliott general contractor for any in house or around the house work. "Larry and his team showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. What I most appreciated about their work was their professional and friendly team of workers. Right from the start they prepared the workspace and covered our new floors with Ram Board to protect the floors. The workers completed the demo and cleaned up on day one. From there the tile workers consulted with us to ensure we had the exact layout of the tile. The work was completed with such great attention to detail. Once the complete job was finished the guys showed up to complete a total cleaning. Our place looks great and we are glad we made the investment in the bathrooms and kitchen remodel."

"E.S. Tile installed a luxury vinyl plank floor and large tile backsplash in my kitchen. They also painted the kitchen. I was very concerned about my stainless appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops being damaged. Eloy took great care to make sure everything was done properly and nothing was damaged. The flooring is a great improvement and the tile backsplash is just beautiful and all for a very reasonable price. I am looking forward to working with Eloy on several other projects in the future."
