Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design, explain and show pictures of the finished product. His forty years of experience were evident when he went over the progress of the project, and the cost factor of the project was reasonable and fair. He also put two new storm doors on and did an exceptional job. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. They take great pride in their work and do an excellent cleanup job. I highly recommend Jim. He works on customers homes as if they were his home. The quality of work is exceptional. You will be satisfied and happy using Lockhart Construction."

"Within the past few years, many neighbors in my development (25-year old homes) had complete tear-out the old and bring in the new kitchen renovations, including a close friend whose kitchen layout is the same as mine. I learned a lot about what's involved with a complete tear-out kitchen remodel: the monetary investment and the headaches of losing the functional use of the kitchen for weeks. I also inquired about the cost of several neighbor's renovations, not including appliances, whom have the similar amount of cabinets/square footage to mine. Tom, the other owner and business founder, came to my home. My husband and I were very impressed with him. He spent a generous amount of time answering all our questions and concerns. We were amazed at all that CPOS could do to enhance and improve our kitchen, which included many pullouts, for almost half the price of my friend's and many of my neighbor's kitchen renovations. I feel my new kitchen is every bit, if not more, beautiful. All the materials used are the highest quality. The cabinet panels are wood, I also selected dove tail drawers. The CPOS team was wonderful to work with. They gave me my DREAM kitchen!"

"Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate.
