"Michael responded to my inquiry almost immediately and was able to give me a fair assessment of my project over the phone and by text (pictures of the area). I had areas of flooring that were damaged when furniture was moved. He showed up promptly at the appointed time and did a stellar job. It is now as if the tears never happened, the repairs blend seamlessly into the rest of the floor.
