Their label was on the furnace.I left a voicemail after hours and faxed pictures of the repairs needed. They called me back the next business day, gave me an estimate over the phone of about $200, and arranged an appt to do the work. They showed up on time, did the work in short order, very professionally. And even gave me the name of another repair service to do the other repairs we were trying to get done. "I waited until after the winter to post this review because i wanted to see how the install held up after it took a winter beating and the high winds of spring. The results were very positive, with the roof looking great. Jim was easy to work with, identified the problems we had, provided a temporary repair to stop leaks and found matching shingles and did the full job at near his quote cost (we needed more material after project started and needs were clearer). Jim had injured his foot and we did have delays due his recovery, but he got up on that steep roof as soon as he was able to do the job. He was quick to respond to inquiries and did no more than job required. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support.
