He took lots of time explaining not only his products but how his process with our project would go. He patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and promptly got back to us when we texted more to him. His crew showed up on the day scheduled and did an excellent job installing our roof (and new skylight) and had our property cleaned up by the end of the day. Adam even spray painted some vents and metal chimney pipe to blend in with our new roof giving the job a professional look. The gutters were installed a couple days later, as scheduled and again we were very pleased with the work. We got three quotes for this project and not only did we feel that Valor’s materials were as good or better than the others, the quote was less expensive. Our roof had a small leak so he accessed my roof and noticed a lot of hail damage. At that Point he talked me through how to file a claim with my insurance company . Once the adjuster scheduled an appt to come out , Nick met with him and they both figured out what needed to be replaced. We received an insurance check shortly after that and Nick scheduled his crew. They were fast , professional and installed an excellent roof. It was a very easy painless operation.
