"Satisfied with the way the team worked. They cleaned up before they left for the day. Communicated with them that they would arrive each day very pleasantly. My specific request for this project was for real wood cabinets. However, the cabinets installed are made of fiberboard coated with white laminate. Furthermore, there is a visible reddish color showing through the material. I am very disappointed with the quality of the work, and it has been embarrassing to have visitors notice these defects. Given that the materials provided do not match what was requested, I am seeking a refund for half of the total amount paid. The total cost of the project was $21,848.00, making the requested refund amount $10,924.00."

"Paul Langan Painting & Contracting was the successful bidder for our project at Inverness Village, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. He was hired to replace rotten wood and paint our 26 buildings (97 villas), pool/tennis building and guide rails on our bridge. The project was completed in 5 1/2 months and was an excellent job completed efficiently and effectively with minimum follow-up required. We will use his services again when this project has to be done again in 12-14 years. Paul and his on-site manager did a great job with the carpenter and painting crews to coordinate work on the project and complete it in the "off" season when tourists are at a low point.
