Chris was in and out of here within @ an hour and half. I had one mount; he supplied the second. Professional. Quick. Personable. Reasonably Priced. You d be crazy not to contact Russell for any of your entertainment installations!"

"I had a mixed experience with Douglas. The curtain rods were not hung straight. No tools were used such as a stud finder or measurement tool. The wall-affixed garden hose was drilled in the wrong place and a second hole needed to be made into the side of my home. Caulking was used to fill the hole but damage was done. I recommend getting an in-person estimate from Douglas for your repairs. Fee $400 covered book shelf reinforcement, hang 4 curtain rods, hang 3 large frames, affix 2 retractable garden hoses to sides of home."
