"Excellent work at a fair price. Punctual and professional. Respectful of property and requests. Most people will stop reading at this point, but I suggest you continue for a brief example of how qenuine Ryan is. While he was here doing the job, I was helping an elderly neighbor remove a fallen tree from their yard when the tire on my pull behind lawn cart blew. Not only did Ryan offer to help me fix the cart but he helped me unload and stack the wood free of charge and still finished the job on schedule. A true stand up young man."

"Fired them to remove a big stump from a tree blown over in a storm. Price was good and they did an excellent job - would happily use them again and would recommend them to anyone."

"Charlie is the man to call if you need someone to cut down or help you cut trees into manageable pieces for removal. He will also remove limbs that could threaten property/roofs. Excellent work! Did exactly what I needed at a reasonable price! 5 Stars"

"Mike was 1 of 7 services that I contacted.  He was the 1st to show up for an estimate, and updated me when he knew he was going to be running about 15-30 mins behind, due to a job he was on when I contacted him. Another tree service in the area didn't show up for the estimate that they promised they would be out for.  And others in the area did not return my call until after the job was already completed.   He and his crew were very polite, professional and efficient.  The job was completed in the time frame that Mike gave me when he showed up to give me an estimate. Actually it was completed sooner. Great customer service.

Small jobs welcome

"I described what I wanted done on home advisor - multiple tree stumps removed, debris clean up, leveling of ground as well as cleaning up two previous stump grindings. He immediately called me. We made an appointment for the free estimate, he sent me the estimate a couple of days later. I thought it was very fair pricing for the project at hand, so I hired him. He was on time, prompt and worked hard. He even removed a couple more stumps and roots to make the ground more level. When they were finished, we walked the ground together inspecting the work. I thought it looked great. He leveled my yard and spread manure/soil, grass seed and moved some extra top soil to other areas to cover roots. Iâ ve been watering it daily and starting to see grass sprouting. Highly recommended!"

"They gave me an estimate in December and winter set in, I called them last week and they said they would fit me in their  schedule for this week.   They showed  up this morning at about 8:40am and were gone by 11:00 . They were very neat clean and professional. Other than the 2 missing trees you cant even tell they were here.  They cleaned up all the mess.  I was very impressed.

"I got in touch with Phillip, and he came very quickly to estimate the job. He was able to do the job within a week, and it took less than 2 days. The job involved removing an old split-rail fence (12 posts), carting away the debris, and then replacing it with a fence of 8 posts. The work is excellent, and the workers very courteous. I would use this company again without hesitation."

FAQs for tree stump removal projects in Beaver Falls, PA

Always transport chainsaws with the engine off and chain brake engaged. Use the protective bar cover provided by the rental company to prevent accidental contact with the cutting chain. Position the chainsaw securely in your vehicle to prevent movement during transit, ideally in a truck bed or trunk rather than the passenger compartment.

For gas models, ensure the fuel cap is tight and position the saw to minimize potential leakage. Keep the chainsaw away from passengers and other items that could be damaged.

Proper safety equipment is essential when operating any chainsaw. At minimum, you should have eye protection (safety glasses or a face shield), hearing protection (earplugs or earmuffs), cut-resistant gloves, chainsaw chaps or pants, and sturdy boots with good traction.

Many rental facilities offer basic safety kits alongside chainsaw rentals. If you'll be using chainsaws regularly, investing in quality personal safety gear is advisable. Never operate a chainsaw without appropriate protective equipment, regardless of the job size.

While rental companies will rent chainsaws to beginners, inexperience significantly increases safety risks. If you've never used a chainsaw before, request a demonstration from the rental staff and thoroughly review the operator's manual before starting. Begin with smaller, more manageable cutting tasks to build comfort with the tool's operation.

For significant cutting jobs, consider either taking a chainsaw safety course first or hiring professionals instead. The learning curve for safe chainsaw operation is steep, and caution is paramount.

If mechanical problems develop during your rental, immediately cease operation and contact the rental company. Most reputable rental businesses will either provide a replacement chainsaw or repair the equipment if the breakdown resulted from normal use rather than misuse. Document the issue with photographs when possible and maintain records of when you reported the problem.

Having your rental agreement readily available when you call will expedite the resolution process. The rental company should adjust your rental period to account for any downtime.
