X 16 ft. deck and 2-tier stairs with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. We installed a 2 color deck with a contrasting "picture frame" border and cross-shaped divider in the middle, which complicated the installation. "The guys at City Wide have been extremely helpful regarding our fence. We had a fence put up three months ago by them (it looked beautiful), and some strong winds took down a six foot gate this week. City Wide was responsive, sent someone out to take a look within 24 hours of my call, and will be making the repairs at no cost to us, despite the fact that they didn't have to. "The Salesperson (Stephen) is great to deal with, although, at times, very difficult to contact. This is understandable as he is not only managing his Employees but the Sales portion as well. The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."
