Bob came out to give me an estimate and noticed some additional things that needed to be addressed which I was so appreciative of since I have to rely on the expertise of others to have my back. Mike, Bob and Donny were so personable, professional, informative, prompt, and would call me about anything so I was aware of what was going on. They also sent me pictures at every stage. We ended up having some additional electrical issues and they worked diligently to try to figure out the cause. They were able to come up with the best and most cost effective options for me. Other companies would have probably tried to milk the situation and take me for all it was worth. They probably don't know this, but I have all their phone numbers saved in my phone and IF I have any plumbing or electrical issues they will be the FIRST to call.
