"ACS installed a new Bryant heat pump + furnace. The equipment is high quality and the team was knowledgeable, flexible, and willing to answer all my questions. They accommodated a change in scope on the day of install from just installing a heat pump to installing a furnace + heat pump combo. This set the team back a few hours for the last minute parts request, but they powered through a very long day and stayed until the job was finished. All customer service goes directly through the owner operator. Originally this seemed like a plus, but I think they would benefit from support staff. I needed to edit and downgrade this review after a few negative experiences. Some changes are related to issues noticed after the install. The unit was not secured to the pad outdoors and also was not attached to the house. Holes cut into the corner of the garage slab in order to pass through the lines were not patched, leaving a break in the envelope. Mark promised to follow up on both of these, but he did not send anyone out to take care of this. Mark also directly promised that our install would qualify for Energy Trust of Oregon incentives for $3000, when in fact it is clear after speaking directly with Energy Trust representatives that our install did not qualify for any amount of rebate. This promise was echoed throughout the quote and the install process. I believe that the lack of a support staff is causing some shortcutting or disorganization when it comes to managing some of these details - I would prefer to assume that ACS did not know the details of the incentive rather than that they purposefully deceived me, but I dont feel comfortable recommending them given these circumstances."

"“I would never do business again with Comfort Solutions and Heating. On Oct. 31, one of their servicemen came out to clean our furnace. Three hours later, it quit working. A technician came out again November 1 and installed a new circuit board for $1.065.33 but our furnace still didn't work. In his invoice, he noted that we wanted a new gas furnace since ours was 17 years old, but still came out again November 5 and installed a gas valve which cost $550. Finally Comfort Solutions realized we were looking for a bid proposal. Their final offer was $7,159.19 which didn't include an air filter. I told them we wanted to seek other bid proposals. Comfort Solutions did offer to give us a credit of $1,083 for the circuit board and gas valve. A very reputable firm in business for 92 years, Robber & Sons gave us a proposal for $4,860 including an air filter and a new thermostat. I contacted Brian Adams, the owner of Comfort Solutions asking him to either match their price or give us the credit for the circuit board and gas valve, sending him an email and mailing a letter to him. Five days later and he has yet to contact us. I can't tell you how disappointed I am at Mr. Adams. My wife and I are senior citizens on limited income.. I'm pleased we found another furnace company that isn't overcharging us.”"

"Spoke to a Jason?? who called right after I spoke to someone else. Jason was a bit rude and condescending on the phone. Basically I declined the service as I didn't want to pay for a service call just to get a price quote. I understand there are costs involved and a simple "Sorry we can't do it" would have sufficed, but instead he starts rambling about having to pay his guys $60/hour and blah blah blah. He made me feel bad for declining and he said Good Luck and hanged up the phone not giving me a chance to ask further questions nor even to say thank you for his time. Just utterly rude"

"Josh Wilder from Roth Home was excellent. He inspected my outdoor faucet to provide me an estimate to get it fixed. During his inspection he determined there was a blockage and had got the faucet operating with running water in a matter of minutes. He was very professional, punctual, and courteous."

"made an appointment because the price quoted to me to diagnose my issue was $89 plus tax, if any repairs are made that would be additional. technician spent 15 min in attic to determine nothing was wrong and then spent remaining time speculating what it could be. After all was said and nothing done my bill came to $307. Technician indicated that it was an extended diagnostic visit. I was shocked and appalled! No tools were used, no repairs were done just the technician speculating on my dime. Contacted the main office and Eva said she would refund me $89 by check. It's gouging and dishonest. If I had known i was being charged by the hour, I guarantee he would have been out of my house 20 mins after he arrived. Im considering contacting the BBB and the attorney general if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have no problem paying the diagnostics charge of $89 plus tax but not the extended portion."

"I love these guys! I requested qotes from 3 different vendors. They're a response time on the quoting process was absolutely amazing. They did run into some technical.Diffaculties during the install but, is there outside of the box thinking save the day! These? Guys are the pros that other pros should model, If they want to be in the same league. They have gone the extra mile with follow through from cradle to grave with this project. "Terrible company that fights with its customers vs. taking ownership of their mistakes. I dealt with Rob, the owner, because the furnace they installed didn’t fit where the old u it was. Also, my 2nd furnace mysteriously lost power to at the same time my new furnace was installed, yet they claim they have absolutely nothing to do with it. The owner bullied me for full payment, claiming breach of contract if I didn’t pay in full, even though the job was done poorly, the furnace closet door won’t close and my other furnace doesn’t work. Looking at his Yelp reviews, you can see that other customers have been bullied as well. The technicians are nice, but the owner will always deny any wrongdoing on their part. I had to pay in full and now am hiring other vendors to fix Revival’s issues."
