"Our heat pump failed. The company that I have been using for AC servicing was not able to repair my heat pump in a timely manor, claiming they were waiting for a part. After enduring several weeks of hot weather in desperation I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning. Their bid was much lower and the repair was completed just in time before several !00 degree days were approaching. I wish to thank Clint for doing an excellent job of answering my questions and Sergio most of all for braving the heat of the day and working very hard to get the heat pump going. My wife and I are 75 and enduring heat is not as easy as when we were younger. Both Clint and Sergio are heroes for bringing much needed comfort to me and my wire. Thank you so much."

"HVAC Ministries came out on the same day, which is impressive. We had no heat and our water heater was leaking. It is difficult to get services out here to the coast at times. Mr. Cortes was very informative and explained in detail the work needed to be done. He came out on the 29th and they started work on the 31st. ( New Years Eve) They worked all day and into the night! They got it All done in one long day! Impressive! I recommend HVAC Ministries they are excellent, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. Mr. Cortes and his crew were very professional and pleasant."

"This company is a fraud! Contracted through home warranty company, First American. This company incorrectly diagnosed my AC problem and then prescribed almost $2000 worth of "required repairs" that weren't covered by the warranty. Customer Service person refused to explain why the repairs were needed. Got a second opinion from local reputable company who said the quoted 'non-covered' repairs were totally unnecessary and completely inappropriate for the diagnosis they originally provided, which was also incorrect. They are charging people thousands extra just to make money. Do your research folks! This company is a scam! "

Wolcott also broke a panel of sidewalk with their excavation equipment - visible track marks and damage - and the GM refused to pay for it. We ended up hiring Reynolds Sewers to install a completely new sewer line for only $6,200 from scratch. "made an appointment because the price quoted to me to diagnose my issue was $89 plus tax, if any repairs are made that would be additional. technician spent 15 min in attic to determine nothing was wrong and then spent remaining time speculating what it could be. After all was said and nothing done my bill came to $307. Technician indicated that it was an extended diagnostic visit. I was shocked and appalled! No tools were used, no repairs were done just the technician speculating on my dime. Contacted the main office and Eva said she would refund me $89 by check. It's gouging and dishonest. If I had known i was being charged by the hour, I guarantee he would have been out of my house 20 mins after he arrived. Im considering contacting the BBB and the attorney general if this is not resolved satisfactorily. I have no problem paying the diagnostics charge of $89 plus tax but not the extended portion."
