I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

I am a luxury real estate broker in the Lake Oswego/West Linn and Portland areas, and they've done a lot of work with the investor and portfolio management clients I represent. Our current properties range from $1.6-5M, and some are often high end rentals for transitional athletes (Portland Trail Blazers, Timbers); we've never had any complaints with the finishes or quality of work, and Freestone does everything we need in high-wear environments quickly and affordably, and they work hard to accommodate our complex scheduling needs with seasonal and long-term tenants moving in and out. That said, weâ ve had a couple issues with scheduling, but theyâ re growing and busy, so the growing pains are understandable. They answered all our questions, worked with our schedule, and followed up both during the process and after repairs were finished, to be sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction."
