"Overall, it went well. They came into the middle of a project and brought it to completion. The team was professional, timely, and consulted with me as they installed the wall, i.e. location of boulders. We have had many compliments on it and look forward to working on plantings in the spring. The two little issues are that the grass came in a bit thin (we were going into fall) and the muddy areas above the wall. A lot of the excavating had been done by someone else. Although All Pro took three dump trucks away, it wasnt' quite enough. Our soil has a lot of clay in it, which is very muddy. All in all, the did a great job and i would hire them again."

"When Jeff turned the sprinklers off in the fall, he noted some heads had been broken. We do not inspect the area all that much, but he does, we asked Jeff to make the repairs in the spring. Due to the warm winter, we had too turn the sprinklers on earlier than usual. Called Jeff, made an appointment. He arrived on time, made the repairs. We have used Jeff for the past 4 years, and find him to be professional in his care of the customer. The fact that we have stayed with him these past few years speaks well of his service, and his reliablity.

"Robert came over to look at the jobs I needed done.  He was very punctual for both visits.  At a later date he completed the work in the time allotted by the coupon.  Some of the jobs included covering the attic vents, replacing outside lights with covers, a small paint job at the second story roofline and replacing a deadbolt.  He worked quickly and efficiently.  This was a great experience,  these were projects that needed to get done in time for winter and I could not do them.  Thank you Robert!"

"The whole process was great. They were quick to respond and able to fit us in for an appointment within a week. Tom let us know what we could do ourselves to help save cost. He was such a big help when I had questions by responding either by phone call or coming out to the house. The two young installers were on time, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job of getting everything installed and even figured out a more efficient way to get the wiring out to the hot tub area.
