There are also bare areas that were definitely not aerated. However, I have not yet contacted the company about the oversight to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation. "Lawn care seems OK but customer service is substandard. I have found them difficult to work with from a customer perspective. They are expensive and with that expense, they are not available. It is nearly impossible to reach them on the phone when there is an issue. I have called my servicer a number of times for follow up information after a service call. He is never available, and a phone call is never returned. Right now I am trying to pay a bill via phone, because that option is not possible online and I don't want to send a check during the holiday season. I have tried for a week to reach them and all I get is an answering service who takes my number (or so I have been led to believe) but have not received a return call. I have been calling during "open" hours. They will not reach out to return my call, but they had no problem emailing me yesterday to tell me my fee due. Whether or not I continue to use them will depend on if they charge me a late fee when I have done my due diligence over the past week, but they have remained unavailable. If you want an expensive lawn package, they are fine. If you need customer service along with them, beware."
