"I had gotten 3 estimates on replacing a wooden 4 rail fence surrounding my 2 acre property. Erik from Chesterfield Fencing was the last one I talked to and was very thorough on the products and procedure. Presented me with a high tech type estimate/quote. I'm impressed how the company has invested in such a beneficial program but doesn't seem to affect the cost of the job. 1st company (recommended by long time friend) estimator/owner had me hold tape measure in between an electrical storm (two houses in my area got hit by lightning in that very storm and quote was hand drawn not to mention they were the highest $!) Jacob came out to show me a sample of the aluminum fencing I had asked for when company #2 lowered the $ to meet Chesterfield. We discussed where the fencing materials come from and history of the company. As a former small business owner I respect that they are as well. He helped us select and design a fence that would work well in the space we planned to enclose. He also took notice of our dogs and suggested smaller spacing between the rails on the fence to be sure our smaller dog did not get out of the backyard once we had it fenced in. In addition to being very pleased with working with Bob, we were extremely happy with the installation that Vernon and Joe did. They were careful to ensure that the fence was installed properly and even went so far as to hand-dig the post holes so that they did not do any damage to our irrigation system and underground electric fence. "We’re very pleased with the work performed by Douglas & Arsenio. Showed up immediately to give a quote and the next day to do the job before snowstorm arrived. We have an aluminum fence with large gaps between posts, and our new puppy got through the fence. We wanted pvc coated steel mesh fencing installed on this , which they did. Part of the fence is on a steep hill, would have been quite difficult for us to do. Problem solved. The men were so nice to work with, and they really cared that we were satisfied. We will certainly use them again."

"Alan and his team did great work to fix my walkway that had sunk due to a poor installation by the subcontractor who built my home 6 years ago. I had another company attempt to repair by injecting a foam material under the slab to lift it back into place. Much to my disappointment, that company charged a lot of money to inject the foam and it didn't raise the slab back up! Alan removed the sunken concrete and foam material, laid a solid foundation and poured a new slab for the walkway. He had a concrete truck bring in high quality concrete (no bags of concrete mix) and finished with a broom finish. He also put caution tape across the walkway. My only regret is not contacting Alan and his team first so I could have avoided paying money for the foam and went straight to the final solution. I will use AW Masonry & Restoration again for any other projects I have around my home."

"Kent was very good. We thought we wanted vinyl but he was worried that attachments to house could cause a problem if removed. So he offered to replace the fences with wood, like we had, and offered to paint the wood before installation. We provided the paint. They completed the job in time frame discussed. Clean up everything from taking down old fence and we were very happy."
