Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. \n \nI have a Masters of Business Administration degree which is helpful on the business side. For the work that we do, I learned to work at my Dad's side. I was his Apprentice and still work together on projects today. Growing up, we didn't hire people to do work for us, we did the work. Most importantly my parents taught me how to work and the value of honesty and integrity....and my Mom taught me to have good taste!

We are committed to excellence in every aspect of our business. We uphold a standard of integrity bound by fairness, honesty, and personal responsibility. Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests, and make their concerns the basis of our business.

"Joseph Schei of Advanced Flooring Design gave us a very fair price for the installation of oak hardwood flooring in our home. He also installed vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and bathroom. All floors were done at the same time and it took him approximately 12 days which included removal of old floors, moving of all furniture and appliances, and installation of new floors. Joseph is very knowledgeable and professional and we were very thankful for all the great advice he gave us along the way. This was a big job, and he made it happen! We love our new floors and we know we will love having them for many, many years to come. Thank you, Joseph, for all of your hard work, integrity, and all around great character! We have enjoyed working with you and getting to know you. We can't recommend you enough! A+ and 5 Stars from us!"

"Jeremy was very precise installing the glass tile kitchen back splash around the cabinets and we have received many compliments . He also installed 1200 sq ft of laminate flooring that runs room to room with no seams . We are looking forward to have him help us on the next project."

"Overall, very good. Great people to work with. Only thing was a couple of minor issues installing tile.
