Nick was able to quickly come in, accurately diagnose the problem and fix it same day. Quick, clean and efficient. It has been a few weeks since the repair and no leaks have come back. "Keith easily unclogged the kitchen sink, snaking the drain and it was quickly completed. However, as is the case with lots of repairs, you touch one part and it causes a change reaction with other worn-out parts. The drain pipes leaked after he left and he promptly returned the next day. We found a part that had corroded and he quickly replaced the part at no charge to me and his service was already guaranteed, so no extra charge to fix the part. "This experience was unequivocally the BEST experience we've ever had with a contractor. Charles is personable, knowledgeable, fairly priced (not the cheapest; not outrageous). He uses his own team and they were excellent. This is a condo building and there are many hoops to jump through and a very stringent remodeling process. Charles shepherded this project through for us dealing with the HOA and the neighbors and the onsite management staff. Everyone commented on what a professional and co-operative contractor we hired. His staff was beyond courteous and accommodating every step of the way, just like the boss! 

This was a fairly big project that required the demolition of a wall and the removal of large plumbing fixtures and a lot of tile debris. (Always a huge pain in a shared building.) The crew worked diligently, arrived on time, left within the building requirements for construction and encountered not one single complaint. 

Charles acted as a design consultant and took me "shopping" for all necessary materiel. His advice on plumbing fixtures, lighting and decor, and surface covering was knowledgable and respectful of our budget.  Everything was acquired on time and the project actually started slightly early (to our delight). They took great care to protect the rest of the condo from any dust and/or debris during the actual construction period which was right on schedule.

"Peter provided us with a calendar that showed the daily work to be done and they either stuck to that or moved it up on the calendar when the opportunity presented itself. At the end of each day Peter emailed what had been accomplished that day with photos included. In dealing with the granite wholesalers and fabricators, etc. every single one said Peter and his company and crew and the subcontractors he was aligned with were one of the best if not the absolute best in their fields. Customer Service was exceptional on a daily basis and every single representative was terrific to work with. Absolutely the best of the best. They finished the job by having all the windows washed in the entire house inside and out. Wow what a thrill that was! We love it!"
