"We worked primarily with Nataly and Brenden along with a fair amount of interaction with John who put up our tile. All of these folks were outstanding to work with and made every attempt to answer our questions in a timely fashion. We have had so many compliments on our new kitchen and love it so much. Nataly has such a great vision, she was very instrumental in putting it all together. John put in the tile which was challenging, it looks wonderful he also did several other tasks. Brenden managed the day to day events and kept us in the loop. "I had a wonderful time working with Gabrielle. She is a talented and empathetic designer who listened to what I sought in my office remodel. She was mindful of my budget and offered great advice on repurposing a few essential items I already had. The final product was so lovely I could use my office as a recording space for a work video! Gabrielle made my office into an excellent space that my whole family enjoys. I also worked with her on my house purchase and was able to initially use her expertise to look over home inspections, view houses via video chat and help me make a decision on the feasibility of said homes. Gabrielle's knowledge was imperative in my home buying decision. Furthermore, she was also pivotal in a kitchen remodle that I did in my small cottage home, attached to my main house. She helped us think of a strategy for removing a partial wall and also how to best position, construct and install a kitchen island. "Great! The process was easy and the results are so nice. We sometimes don't even bother to cover the table pads with a tablecloth because they blend so well with the natural wood of our table. Also bought the coffee table pad and it is great for snacks in front of the TV!"

"Work looks good.  Kept the area reasonably clean at the end of each day.  Was reasonably on time (who in Miami is ever "on time"?)  Quiet, efficient, courteous, flexible with my needs.  Assisted with the appliance removal and installations.

At the end of the day, chose Sears for it's reliability, dependability, and warranty, both on materials and labor.  Didn't need to coordinate any subcontractors, didn't need to adjust my schedule because they "had to finish another job".  If anyone thinks the price was a bit high, how much is peace of mind worth?"

"I was really happy with Justin and his team. For me this was a big job and involved a lot of money and a lot of moving parts. The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either.
