"The installer was very efficient and did a great job."

"Very responsive. They checked things thoroughly and didn’t immediately look to replace the system. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and they worked with me. Everyone was pleasant, prompt and the work got done without much delay. Good people to hire."

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. Robert was very professional the entire period and only stopped work after his 7 hours were up. Would gladly recommend his proficient and professional service. Terry Reid (Col USMC retired)"

"Their installation team was incredible. Timely and finished earlier then anticipated. Gave the house great care in making sure rugs and floors were covered and all inside workers had protective gear around feet. Worked as a great team. Would definitely use them again."

"Mr Machen has impressive skill with both removing difficult 1930's steel windows and installing replacement windows. He does an excellent job wrapping the exterior of the window with metal, resulting in a beautiful finished look. He is quite compulsive with insulation and caulking as well. He removed all the old windows and debris and left a clean job site. Couldn't ask for better work.

"Everything went well.  The job was completed in 1 1/2 days.  Hung plastic sheeting to prevent dust from leaving basement."

"Very good coordination from the sales lady to the installer. They answered all the questions we asked. A minor deficiency was noted and the installer promptly corrected it within reasonable amount of time."

"This was an interesting concept, but the process was cumbersome, slow,
and ultimately not too helpful. My wife an I were stuck on what to do
with redecorating, so this seemed like a good idea. For us at least, it
was not productive. It took several attempts to get a response and when
we did get a response, it was sort of vague. A few color swatches, links
to a couple of pieces of furniture, and that was about it. Our goal was
to get started with this and then move on to one-on-one consulting with
them, but the initial interaction didn't motivate us to move
forward. It is by no means a rip off. They do what they say, it just
wasn't working for us. Maybe as the idea matures it will improve. I suspect that if they raised the price they might be able to offer a more beneficial initial process.
