"Dustin C. @ DaBella Boise helped us choose the right windows for our application and personally monitored progress from order to completion. The finished product looks great, but the best part is instantly seeing and feeling the difference between modern tech vs. 40y old aluminum framed windows. No more drafts or condensation! Thanks DaBella!"

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"It went great, Gabe and his team were affordable and willing to work with us on cost. They arrived promptly when they said they would and were very responsive to us. Gabe constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the service. They added missing shingles and did other little things to improve the house without us asking them to do so or quoting it. When the job was complete it was very well done and we were very satisfied. We would recommend Gabe and his team to anyone looking to have their home painted."

"I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace. It is very hard to find craftsman who really care about what they do and also so nice to deal with. South Shore Fireplace will be my go to guys for the rest of my life. Love you guys - job well done and sincere thank you for your continued support throughout the years."

"U Pro arrived on the scheduled day and on time. That was huge for me as I needed the job done. U Pro did an excellent job. They offered to replace some worn baseboards and I appreciated that they were prepared to do this for my job to make it more "finished" They cleaned up the rooms and left my house ready to furnish. I would hire them again."

"This team did a great job in replacing a 66 year old door and installing a new windowed door and screen door. They work hard and afre very careful. Plus, they were prompt in doing the project only a week after the quote. We are contracting them for other projects."

"Amiable two brothers. at first.   Owner worked in cellar and stated he was a mold expert and could do what was needed for an additional fee. Other brother painted two short walls and 2 half walls, plus window frames.  Walls were ok.  Windows painted shut and excess paint on glass left for me to do.  Came another day to do one large exterior wall and patch stucco.  That was done well.  BUT, afterwards I found that a weather cap on outdoor faucet was broken off.    WHen they atttempted to replace some up/down window shades on painted interior windows, one was put back , while the other was broken.  Had to replace both so they would match.
He refused to give me receipts for the materials he purchased to do the job.  I needed a copy to add to my home repairs list as am selling my house.  Never got them.  He gave me a bill and did not indicate or acknowledge that he was already paid the $100 from the Angie list offer.     The shades lost were $125 each and I had to replace them with $50 ones as had no time to reorder the up/down ones.    The exterior paint job did not involve shielding the door sills from spilled paint, so that clean up awaits me.
I later found he had taken a half filled bag of trash into cellar to put his painting trash in.  He then left it outside without taking it to the bins and animals scattered other trash everywhere.  He left two moldy cartons there as well instead of taking them to the barrels and did not clean up a messy garage where he left the remnants of painting for me to clear up.
I have no idea what I paid for the materials as he would not itemize, so maybe they are being used on another job.  I felt he was doing things under the table to my detriment.  I would advise to get any additional work suggested in writing with a proper proposal which I was at fault for not insisting on; he kept adding suggestions with scattered pricing and do believe he felt I was 76 so could be addled and I paid him less than what he finally decided was fair and more than he should have been paid,  The work done on exterior wall was done well but I still have to replace the broken faucet so that will involve more money for me to pay out due to his sloppiness.     He did ask me to remove my comments to you but I feel others will be fleeced so will make this one."
