The Fujitsu units work so well and we are enjoying the warmth - I am confident the AC will be just as good when needed. The audit was completed quickly, but seven months later, they have not done any work. Corey is a great sales guy, but the problem seems to be a complete breakdown between sales and delivery. In January, I spoke with John, who delivers the services, and we had a plan to move forward; however, he has not submitted the necessary paperwork to NYSERDA. He has not returned my calls, and Corey is wringing his hands in frustration. I would advise against using this contractor; the business is poorly run and fails to keep its promises. "
