"Everything went great! We used them for multiple projects across different disciplines (structural, stonework, bathroom tiling, etc...). Jonathan and Jason are extremely professional and safety oriented. When they exposed elements of my porch roof to replace the columns holding it up, they discovered legitimate structural safety concerns which I had to agree with. We discussed various remediation options and selected the best one. Their final product is high quality, safe, and looks awesome! We look forward to using them again."

"Pacific Stone and Tiles came to measure and showed about 6 choices for granite selection for the offer price. We were working with our own interior designer and we were on FaceTime with her. She nixed the 6 choices so Pacific Stone showed us another granite which was from India and was mostly white with few markings and some reddish-brownish highlights. The effect of this Indian granite was white and it coordinated nicely with our maple cabinets. Our interior designer told us to choose that and we agreed to pay Pacific Stone $1000. more for this granite from India. No name was given for this new granite in writing. When the day of installation came, the old countertop was removed. I did not think to go out and look at the granite in the truck before installation. The installation was done very efficiently and very nicely. However, the countertop did not look like what we were expecting. The color effect was gray with many markings. We were expecting a whitish granite and got gray. I asked to see the original sample that we had been shown when we selected the white granite but they did not have it on the truck. I contacted Pacific Stone and they emailed me a photo of what they said was the granite sample they showed me, but it did not look what they showed me. The granite we got was called moon white on the final bill but it had no name on the original invoice we signed. I made a number of inquiries about the discrepancy between the granite color we expected and what we received. Pacific Stone said there are natural variations in the appearance of each granite variety. However, we paid $1000 more because we thought we were getting the granite color we and our interior designer viewed and chose. I don't think I got the granite we selected and feel I paid $1000 too much. I now have to figure out how to get the granite to coordinate with the maple cabinets as well as regretting that I paid $1000 more than I should have."

"Roca and his team were very professional and did a thorough job on repaving my driveway and repairing our front sidewalk. The team delivered as promised and on schedule. This is not possible in other showrooms - and usually means going from appliance store to kitchen design center - to granite showroom - sometimes two or three trips, while trying to get designer and sales staff to coordinate.
Loved the experience of having the complete package in one place - and that, along with great design team - let me envision how the kitchen would come together.
There was a great selection of appliances. Including some choices that are not available at any other showroom in Westchester (that I know of). 
For instance, there was a refrigerator that I'd seen at the Architectural Digest Show in Manhattan, and had given up on tracking down because they have such limited distribution - but there it was - and almost $5,000 less than my original choice. (Sub Zero). 
Expert design, knowledgeable staff, and the sensible display of cabinetry made this a good experience."

"We wanted to gut our Master Bathroom due to it's age and deterioration over many years.  Also wanted to Change fixtures and the tile floor in 1st floor powder room.  We called Ferrari's to set up an appointment to discuss our issues and Stephen arrived the same day to look at the work required.  After talking over options, we met with Cathy at their showroom the following week and planned out the layout and materials. Even after this initial 3 hour meeting, my wife wanted to change out the wall tiles in the Master bath and Cathy, without hesitation, began the process anew until we were satisfied with what we wanted done.  A start date was agreed upon and the work commenced on our project.  I was pleased with everyone that came to the house and worked on our project and even when we hit several bumps with the job as we got further into it, Stephen worked with us and made suggestions to keep everything on track and done to our satisfaction.  The makeover is astounding and we couldn't be more thrilled with the end result. I've added Ferrari's to my phone directory for future projects!
