The crew that did all of the work were amazing and very thorough and went the extra yard on everything including the flashing, ice guard, drip edge, liner, and venting all to code and beyond. I had a particularly difficult area of transition from a dormer to a flat roof that has always caused issues. The team took extra care to work thru a better design of that area to shed water. Do ask for the foreman "Josh" and his team - he is extremely knowledgeable, detailed, and a very hard worker and leads a great team. "I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."
