"Our kids woke up one morning complaining of being bit by something on their beds. We got out our flashlight and took a look to find little black insects crawling around. Fearing the worst we called every exterminator we could find. After being turned down by numerous companies we called Heights Pest Control and set up an appointment. On the initial visit he came to inspect our whole house. After confirming what we had were bed bugs he gave us a list of things we needed to do so our problem could be treated the most effective way. Two days later he and his partner came and treated our whole house with both chemicals and some sort of dust that was proven to be very effective. We only had to be out of the house while they treated and after 3 hours it was completely safe for us and our 2 dogs. It’s been 2 weeks and the results are amazing! They are supposed to come back for a follow up in a few days but so far so good. Great friendly guys, I think they are father and son. They know what they’re doing and that’s all we were looking for."
