"We recently had our siding done by Gunner Roofing and can’t say enough good things. We had our consultation with Andrew and he was honest, not pushy, and even enthusiastic about the project. He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. Andrew and Joe Massari went over the project with us multiple times to make sure we were comfortable. They stayed professional, reliable, and communicative during the whole process. Our Project Manager, Conor, kept open lines of communication and was honest about timelines, materials, etc.; nothing during this project was a surprise. Gabriel and his crew did absolutely amazing work, they were meticulous, precise, and clean. The whole team really took an out of box idea and delivered on it at 100%. "The cons: Punctuality. Day 1. They called me an hour after they were supposed to be there because the Foreman had a family issue. OK, I understand. Day 2. Perfectly Sunny Day, 88 degrees. They no-called, no-showed. When I called them, they cancelled due to the weather. Then the Foreman calls me personally to tell me that they didn't get the parts in. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! The pros: The job was done right the first time. It's been about 6 months with a few heavy storms and some snow, and there have been no leaks or other issues. Also, the exhaust pipe came out of the house on one of the seams, and they had trouble get the boot to look nice, but they worked until I was satisfied. I will take a punctuality issue over a leaky roof any day :-) Over all, Job Well Done!!!"

"Scheduled an appointment.  They should up on time and quickly went up on the roof to provide an estimate.  Called to have a chimney cap installed.  Once they were looking at the chimney they told me the chimney crown need repaired and the flashing needed repaired.   <br /> Cost to install Chimney Cap - $489 <br /> Cost to repair crown - $189 <br /> Cost to repair flashing - $159 <br /> Once I got the total price it was way over my budget.  Even the price to just install the cap was over.  I decided I would just crawl up on the roof and do the work myself. <br /> I performed all the work myself for a total cost of $200. <br /> Seemed like nice people but just to expensive. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I noticed we had some water leaking around all three of the vent pipes going through our roof. I called and talked to John, who gave me a competitive quote, and we set up an appointment two days later. Eric and Jerry showed up on time and in about an hour, they replaced the boots around the vent pipes, sealed them, sealed around the chimney, and also sealed a dozen or more nail pops in the roof that they found while inspecting it. They showed before and after pictures of all the work. They were extremely nice and professional. Although I hope to never have a roof leak again, I'll certainly call Roof Repair Experts again when I do!"

Their work was exquisite, and I can't say enough about them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone without a doubt. They were extremely professional and were exactly what I expected. They were extremely clean and did the work in a very clean manner and a very un-invasive way. They did the work way better than I expected, it turned out great and I can't support them enough. The things that stood out about them was their attention to detail and the way they went through just small parts of the wall instead of the whole wall, so I was amazed at the way they did it and how authentic they were when it came to cleanliness. I was very happy with their price, because it was cheap but their work was not cheap."
