"I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the very first phone call, I specifically asked if they were licensed, insured, and an authorized service provider for ZLINE. I was told yes. When the technician arrived, I asked again before any work started, and he confirmed the same. Only later did I find out that this was not true and that they are not authorized to work with ZLINE. The technician, who I later learned is also the owner of the company, charged me a $75 service fee, partially disassembled my oven, and then left without properly reassembling it. The oven was left taken apart and a screw needed to secure the bottom panel is now missing. After multiple attempts to call and resolve this issue, my calls were ignored. At this point, I was told they cannot perform the repair as originally represented. I am now forced to look for another company and deal with an oven left in worse condition than before the visit. Service Squad wanted $10,000 to replace my main water line, Plumb Shield wanted $6,995, and J5 wanted $4,600. Russel Plumbing said he would replace the line for $3,800 but he would charge me $150 for a written quote. Manny and his father came out and found the leak quickly using air pressure in the line, dug it up, repaired it, corrected the misaligned pipe and charged me $280! Thank you Manny and family!"
