They came out within one day, had equipment to locate the break, and easily fixed it. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. I felt the price was reasonable. "The installer dug and placed the wiring under the ground to the layout we wanted.  The installer was great with our 4 dogs.  He was very patient with them.  He walked the whole perimeter of the enclosed area with each one.  I am glad that i didn't have to introduce my dogs to the fence.  The collar corrects the dog if it crosses the fence line. <br /> The cost of the fence is not that expensive.  It's the cost of each collar that is a little on the pricey side.  Still worth the peace of mind. <br />"

I expected the job to be postponed until the temperature improved but the crew just powered through the frigid temps and completed the job on schedule. "The fence we chose to install was at the high end from a cost standpoint.  It is a board-on-board design with a trimmed top cap, boxed post, with a concrete footer on a portion, and a step down from 8 ft to 7 ft along another portion.  Diamond did not come in with the lowest bid, nor did they come in with the highest.  Their pricing was fair for the type of fence we chose to install.  Installation took a full week, and although it was hampered by rainy weather, it was not delayed.  The crews adjusted their hours to work around the showers and were present every day.  The quality and professionalism of the sales person (Mike) and the installation crew as top notch.  We had several adjustments from the point of first quote to the last day of installation due to change request from my fellow neighbors.  Diamond made quick adjustments without any push back. <br /> Both my family and our neighbors are very satisfied with the end result.  We highly recommend Diamond should you need a new fence. <br /> <br />"
