The owner is a young guy named Austin who has been working in the business for seven years and has recently started his own business. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. He had no problem with me shadowing him around the yard to watch what he was doing and he was happy to explain to me how the different parts of the system worked and why he was doing what he was doing to fix things. His pricing was very reasonable and he did not try to upsell me anything I did not need."

They made suggestions about the installation and it was a much better option than what I had envisioned.
