"I hired love my maids because I am disabled and have trouble cleaning my house. Ginger is wonderful to work with. She met the needs that I needed even though some of it is not on the normal check list that they do. She goes above and beyond to help me and to make sure everything is satisfactory to me. The ladies that have come to clean are wonderful and friendly. When possible, Ginger tries to make sure you keep the same person, which I like. I also like having a different person every once in while because everyone cleans different. Whenever I have had a problem, Ginger or Kathy have been quick to resolve the issue. I even have referred a friend who had cancer and needed help cleaning her house. Ginger was also a big help for her. She went above and beyond to help her out as well. For the price you pay , you get more than your money's worth."

"I've used this service for the last 3 months as they are easy to work with, punctual and perform and excellent level of service. They are on a bi-weekly plan to come by and perform the cleaning because I liked how thorough they are. The bathrooms and showers are cleaned and the glass shower looks like it is brand new as they were able to remove all the hard water droplet marks from the glass. They performed additional services for me of window and carpet cleaning. The prices were very reasonable so they got the job! They are highly recommended."

"The maids service showed up with two ladies. Very nice ladies the half completed the service. Shoes thrown under bed instead of placed in closet, vents left dirty, cobb webs left in corner of top walls, baseboards I was charged extra for and they weren't dusted or wiped down properly. I changed the sheets and made the beds in rooms so not sure why they overlooked these things. Half mopped floors, microwave half wiped down. Took pictures of these things to share with owner because my husband and I decided not to have continued service with them. Owner replied via email '(There is no problem, I know the maids did a very good job, we are not perfect, but I understand your displeasure, but that day they worked around almost 6 hours, which I did not overcharge, otherwise, another company would have charged you much more , specifically when the client is so demanding it charges much more. But thank you for the opportunity!) Which blew my mind being her customer. I was never given a specific amount of time my home wasn't even dirty just dusty. Very disappointed in the owners response. But overall the ladies she sent was very kind that's probably why I didn't go over the house in detail before they left my home."
