"I had the best experience with Metroplex Pro Builders. Max (general contractor), very intent on meeting my needs! I had major work done on my pool, re-plastering, new tile, deck repairs, a complete overlay on the decking surrounding the pool, (house built in 1979). Max gave me exactly what I envisioned and the plaster color & new tile is beautiful! It’s a fresh new look! Gerardo, contractor who coordinated the workers for the pool activity, worked his best to add all the final touches, & Max made sure I was happy with ALL the results. Plastering the pool was an amazing thing to watch! I also had a beautiful shiny gray tile backsplash installed in my kitchen, adding the perfect touch to my existing black granite countertops, white cabinets and multi colored porcelain floors. I had such a hard time picking out my tile, but Max met at Floor and Décor and helped me arrive at my decision. I’m very happy with the final results and will be calling Max back for more updates next year! "

"?HORRIBLE absolutely horrible experience. I ordered TOP SOIL for half of my back yard so I could put down sod. What they delivered is mulch. When I addressed this with them they said ?no it?s not.? I said it is. The gardener is here and says it?s cheap mulch. The treatment I got from the office women there was astonishing and completely unprofessional. I was laughed at, told ?what would I know? I?m not a gardener?, told they would send me the receipt from their supplier to show it was top soil and when I said I don?t double that top soil was ordered, but what has been delivered is mulch they said just kept talking over me and saying no it wasn?t. So I took a sample down to Calloway?s they also confirmed it?s mulch and I also called the supplier directly with a video and picture of what I received and they said ?a mistake was made and that I indeed have mulch?. When I let Green View office staff know that it is fixable bc the supplier will fix the order , they flat out refused. "

"This is not a real company. Marc uses a guy who has a landscaping company and does this work on the side on weekends. It took forever to complete a very simple job because of the landscaping guy being more interested in his work than completing my job."

Customers say: True professional

"Aaron and his team are very careful and cover everything from day to day communication, quality of work, knowledge of customer needs down to amazing cleanup. H*** he even had a portable bathroom delivered for his crew. He also takes care of any issues head on and takes ownership over that. I will be recommending his business to everyone I know. Nice work crew. One last thing is Aaron also works long hours and gets down in the trenches with his crew. Even his daughter came out and worked long hard hours in this 100 degree heat."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Bedford, TX

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
