"We hired Sage landscaping to create a new backyard that involved clearing trees, regrading, and installing a retaining wall. From start to finish, I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and the end result. Ed Sage provided some very good advice in the design phase that really helped the project immensely in the end. The whole team that worked on the project was impressive and demonstrated a strong work ethic, competence, and a desire to do things the right way. No supervision needed, which is rare. I could completely trust the team. There were no slackers on the team and no one cutting corners. The whole team brought a "can-do" attitude which was a pleasure to deal with when changes were required from original project scope. They strived throughout to ensure that I was happy with the work. While Sage wasn't the cheapest upfront, I believe they were the best value given the quality of work delivered. I will certainly be using Ed and his team going forward for all my landscaping needs."

"Vinnie came up with a lot of suggestions for my project in backyard. Had stone around pool he removed large stones and replaced with smaller ones. put trees and bushes in and putting lighting around. Project was completed in 3 days. I am very pleased with him. He knew what I was looking for. Very professional and honest. I would highly recommend him to anyone. If I had any problems or wanted to change anything he would do it. Char Carteret. N.J"

"Installation crew worked very hard to complete the installation in a single day. We walked the property and discussed everything that was not defined in the initial plan. The final plumbing and setup steps were done quickly and efficiently. The crew tested each zone and adjusted the sprinkler heads for max coverage."

I will recommend him to all my friends and relatives. Javier is a young but very talented, hardworking young man. He and his staff are performing excellent work in Landscaping and construction. I wish we had more young people like him. Thank you Javier for outstanding job."

"It went well. Mr. Gallo looked at the condition of the retaining wall and said it wasn't something he wanted to work on. He said he was more of a plant maintenance and landscaping person. He gave me an idea of the kind of company I should hire. He was very helpful although he didn't perform any work.

The backyard looks great now.  Michael (owner) and his staff were very professional and easy to work with.  Michael kept us informed as to the progress and the dates when different elements of the work would be performed (the work was staged to allow for the proper sequence of events) and for the most part he kept to his schedule and delivered a wonderful finished product.  He was very helpful in telling us how to care for the new work....frequency of watering the sod and trees etc.  The sod took very well and the new trees are also doing good.

Michael's crew cleaned up after each day at our house and never left things in disarray.

Bottom line...Schultz landscaping delivered the project as promised with no issues.  I plan to use them again for some future work and would certainly recommend them to others who are looking for good quality landscape work at a reasonable price.
