"Roof was 25 years old and was due for replacement. I also had old LP fiberboard siding that needed replacing in some sections mainly the chimneys. The rest was ok and I couldn't see spending the money to replace it all. George Keller did a terrific job on the roof and worked with me to match the LP siding using James Hardie siding. Carl the estimator took his time gave me a detailed estimate with pictures showing all the sections of siding that would be replaced. George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them. They are very efficient and neat and will finish your job in a day or two."

"They physically got on the very steep roof and inspected the roof before providing estimate. Took photos to illustrate issues with roof. Ultra pro provided a fair estimate. Friendly to work with. Completed the project within 2 days (big roof) and did an excellent job of installing the new asphalt shingles. They also replaced many covers and the vent fan. They also report using 6 nails per shingle to properly secure shingles to roof. My only criticism is they could have used more tarps to make clean up easier and more thorough for themselves. Nevertheless, a weekend DIY warrior who recommends these guys."

Robert responded fast and provided honest review by telling me that my roof is coming to the end of the expected life but didn't push me to replace or repair right away. Additionaly he found cracks on my chimney that I was not expecting initially. I am happy to hire him to get the chimney fixed and potentially saved a lot of money for a fix down the road. "Lev, his crew, and Natia in the office are all superb. We contacted Lev for a quote to replace the roof on our 135 year old three story Victorian home. He responded promptly, came over to access the job, and knew immediately what needed to be done. He left us with confidence in his knowledge of what needed to be done for a quality and thorough job. Shortly afterwards we received a price with all details of what was included in the job. It was a very fair price given the scope of the work and we contracted with him. We also contracted with him to replace all the gutters and leaders on the house. Lev and his crew began work on the promised date. They tore off the two existing layers of asphalt shingles, the original cedar shake shingles under the asphalt, and removed the original Yankee gutters (wooden). They then sheathed, papered, and shingled the roof, including a ridge vent. This old house has many gables, a mansard area, and a main hip area, so it’s a complicated roof. There is also an existing skylight and they handled all of these features with ease and expertise. Lev was on site with his crew, always working alongside them or checking on the work being done. He is not just a contractor, he’s a skilled and talented man who pays great attention to all detail. There was a ten foot piece of aluminum soffit missing at one eave and he installed new soffit there. He also took care of any areas of the existing aluminum siding that needed attention. Not only was he interested in giving us a dry home, he also wanted it to look good (hence the extra attention to the siding). He takes great pride in his work and that’s a huge plus for the homeowner, needless to say. He goes above and beyond. He (and Natia in the office) keep you informed throughout the entire process and promptly respond to any questions or requests. His crew is respectful and skilled, and they never forget that the work site isn’t just a job site, rather it’s a home/where people live. When the gutter man was here, Lev was back on site making sure everything was up to snuff and that we were pleased. He and his crew did a top-notch job cleaning up the yard and driveway, including having a crew sweep and vacuum the attic space. I should mention that we are two-zoned HVAC and he made sure the furnace/air handler in the attic –and the natural gas and refrigerant lines- were covered and protected before work began. We couldn’t be happier with Lev. He’s honest, hardworking, intelligent, and dedicated to the customer’s satisfaction. We feel like we hit the jackpot in finding him to do this job. There aren’t many out there like him. We give him the highest recommendation. Just the very best!"
