"On April 26, 2021 we used Freedom Plumbing Heat & Air to address a plumbing issue with one of our toilets. I called a few days before that, and they promptly returned my phone call and got me scheduled for service. The gentleman that they sent out was professional and efficient. He removed the stool, replaced & upgraded the wax gasket, replaced the stool, and even addressed a couple of faucet issues I had in the bathroom and kitchen. He did all of this in a little less than an hour. I was VERY impressed with the speed and quality of his work, and the price we were charged was very fair and reasonable. This is going to be the only plumbing company we use going forward."

Like clockwork, they call twice a year to set up an appointment to check and clean etc my central air and heating system. Their employees are always courteous and explain what they are going to do. Yesterday, Wyatt S. came and did my annual checkup. When he left he sent an email with a comprehensive checklist of what was done and pictures of the key elements of my system in case we need to compare the unit at some point in the future. Based on my satisfaction with the plumber's willingness to carefully brainstorm about the problem and a long term solution, I signed up for annual service. "I thought that Tony did an excellent job. The shower is truly beautiful. I visited their showroom and selected a shower on display. After removing the original shower there was mold present and they treated the mold and dehumidified the walls around the shower and tub. In addition, they installed a nice exhaust fan to minimize future humidity in the shower area. They always cleaned and vacuumed the work area following each visit. Very professional organization."
