They are extremely hard working individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do for others. They put in a new panel and rewired our entire house built in 1902 -not an easy job- and added multiple ceiling lights, outlets and switches where none existed before. They were very clean, used drop cloths and repaired holes. There was minimal dust, so my mom could live in the house during the work- nothing like what other people described when they had similar work done by other companies. They answered questions and replaced switches quickly when we realized the original color we picked did not look right. They were respectful and timely and the entire process went quicker than we thought possible. Travis and Brent were available by phone/text if we had questions on days not working. When I called them to come out and fix the problem they wanted to charge me time and a half for the service call even though I had a service contract. Their reasoning was that it was my fault that I didn't prevent snow from getting inside the air filter.
