The demo turned out to be more challenging than anticipated because we discovered that the old patio was over 10 inches thick. This required a great deal of extra work for the crew, including hauling out the large pieces individually and by hand, and bringing in extra backfill material. A change order did result from this, but the price was fair for the additional work. The new patio pour and finishing went smoothly. We did the project in the fall, which resulted in some challenges with the weather. We had to wait for good weather days for the initial pour, coloring, and sealing. Nelson was very professional and proactive with communication, always letting me know when they planned to come out and whenever we needed to reschedule due to changing weather. He also worked closely with me to make sure the outline, pattern, detailing, and color were exactly what I wanted and did a good job cleaning up the backyard when the work was completed."

"I needed to get a hole drilled for a instant hot water dispenser and a nickel sized chip fixed and had been procrastinating for months... what company would want to come out and do such a small task? I reviewed angieslist and found Puget Sound Stone Repair and put a call into them. Todd called back and offered to come out a few days later on a Saturday to do the repair and drill the hole at a rate of $150 per hour. He felt it wouldn't take much longer than an hour (which it didn't). Communication was good, he was running a bit late but called to tell me which was great. The repair looks fantastic... if you didn't know it was there you wouldn't even see it and I am enjoying the hot water (and chilled water) dispenser installed in the 1.5" hole he drilled. Overall very satisfied and would use Puget Sound Stone Repair again in the future."

"Had SD Express (Honeycomb Construction) paint our garage and WOW - it made a huge difference. Overall very happy with the outcome and service provided by Eugeniu and his brother and would hire again (have already recommended him to family members). I sent Eugeniu an email and he replied promptly and came by for an in person visit to provide an estimate (I was only interested in prime / paint at first) but Eugeniu recommended that we mud / sand the walls first to give the garage a smoother finish. The estimate process was easy and when we agreed upon a date / time for service, Eugeniu was professional and arrived on time each day. Eugeniu and his brother covered the paint site with appropriate protective cover so the paint would not stain the floor or a few of our personal items that we left in the garage. They applied mud the first day, sand and prime the second day and painted the ceiling and walls the 3rd day (white ceiling and grey walls). The paint job made a huge difference - what was previously unfinished we now look forward to organizing and making it a useable space"

"It was OK. I paid additional fees with a slightly bigger job. A sewer pipe collapsed and they had to cut into the concrete to get to the pipe and the guys didn't cut it straight so it needed to be redone, so they ripped that out. In our driveway we had a crack in it and they poured a little concrete in that. We also had a garage with an old foundation and we put a new door in it and there was an inch gap between the door and the bottom and they made a little concrete raise to seal the door when it closes. It felt like some of the stuff they did wasn't the best quality and also the stuff we asked him to do he went with the cheapest fix so I wouldn't trash them. The mound they made for the garage door didn't adhere to the flooring and I don't know if they didn't prep the concrete properly or if that was expected to happen so I would say it was fine. We were trying to get the house ready to get the house sold. I don't know if I would call them again if I wanted a more permanent job. The guy and his crew were impressive though. One of them was huge and he broke up the foundation manually I thought he would have used a jackhammer and all of them were very nice."
