We require full payment of your bill once your job is complete to your satisfaction. We provide full release of liens from our suppliers to you at time of final payment. We accept check, Visa, MC and have Same As Cash option and long term financing up to 10 years.

Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "Had a rep come to assess whether we might need windows replaced based on age (35 yrs). Rep was not informative. Did a very cursory look at windows, said we had "stuff" growing on the top of window frame and was likely in the wall as well. No way he could see the top of the window without a ladder. I looked this morning from a ladder, and the tops are perfectly clean except for a bit of dust. Obviously a scare tactic sales pitch to unknowing folks. I also asked about the R-value of their replacement windows and he had no idea. In fact there is not even any info on R-value on their website. Very clear to me that there was not going to be any useful examination of the condition of the existing windows and rationale for their replacement. I would be unlikely to use this company based on my one-time experience."

I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
