"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Why can we only leave a 5 star rating? Christopher and crew exceeded our expectations for our restoration project. Our project was to replace the decorative wrap on the 16 foot support columns on the entrance porch at the front of our house. The original wrap was 20 years old and parts had begun to rot. During the bid process Christopher suggested that we replace the wooden wrap with a Hardy plank type material that would last longer than wood. (the original wood wrap was painted). During the removal of the original wrap we noticed that the wrap framing was fairly lightweight, just enough to give the wrap something to be nailed to. Christopher removed the lightweight framing and installed a stronger frame. The new wrap that was installed looks considerably better and richer. The attention to detail, down to the router work on decorative panels, is impressive. Christopher was very responsive to our questions and every day they left the worksite spotlessly clean."

"I just used Marshall Painting, after getting bids from 4 contractors and Marshall was in the mid range. Will Marshall was very personable and his availability fit our needs. Our kitchen and great room have a vaulted ceiling and I wasn’t going to tackle that. Will arrived when stated and stayed until that section was done. It was a 3 day project and completed on time. Will is very neat and meticulous, a pleasure to work with."

He gave us a very detailed bid that explained everything he was going to do.  He was on time, did great preparation, did a great job painting, and cleaned everything up.  We have hired many painters over the years and I've never had one that sanded the walls in between coats like Matthew did, and it made a huge difference.  He painted several doors that were in such bad shape I had considered replacing them and because he did such great prep work with caulking and sanding the doors before painting them, they now look new.  He also explained why our newly painted exterior door that was professionally painted a few months ago was already peeling (they used the wrong paint) and we'll have him back in warmer weather to re-do that door.  He was very knowledgeable.  We were pleased with his work and would hire him again.

"Sonny and his team were top notch. They provided a bid to do paint the downstairs and some cabinets. The job was difficult because of the dark colors but they did excellent work covering the old colors. They spray painted some custom bookshelves white and did an excellent job. Highly recommended."
