I know cleaning standards and safety, understand chemicals, equipment, and OSHA rules well enough to keep everyone safe. Hi, my name is Kyra! I am currently a Cybersecurity student attending Fox Valley Technical College. I've finished my first year, and I was put on the Dean's List. I am very hardworking in school, but also in my living environment. I am very clean, and I clean for others around me often. As of recently, I have not been living in a constant home, unfortunately. A goal I have is to be able to afford an apartment soon, so that I can support myself! Even though I am only 20 years old, I have Arthritis, and I've had it since I was 5 years old. "My overall experience was very good. When I called for an estimate they came within a few days and an estimate was sent to me within a week. I accepted the proposal and was told that it would be about 3 weeks. They made it out in 6 weeks. I wasn't so much disappointed that it took 6 weeks, but that I had to keep calling to get a time frame of when they might be coming out. This was my only disappointment and certainly wouldn't deter me from using them again. When they did come out they answered several questions and addressed all of my concerns. Bruce and his men were very professional and conscientious. As there is a lot of dust when cutting out masonry they washed everything down when done each day and cleaned up any mess. I was also very happy with the workmanship."
