What keeps me from giving 5 stars across the board is the ridiculously long wait to get the project scheduled. I was informed that installation would be done in 6 to 8 weeks. By the 10th week I began making weekly inquiries to the Tampa FL office; where the response was polite and reassuring. However, the job was not completed until the 12th week."

Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. Newly designed luxury master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional use of space--a true owners' oasis with high ceilings, crown molding, jetted tub and larger walk-in closet. "We contacted Zsolt as well as two other granite companies for estimates. 
Zsolt arrived at our home within 48 hours, examined the scope of the project, took some preliminary measurements, showed some samples and presented an estimate.  His price quote was not the least expensive, but his discussion of how the work would be done, and suggested modifications in the layout immediately convinced us that he would provide the highest quality service at the fairest, reasonable cost.  We were NOT disappointed!!! 
Four days after Zsolt's first visit, Robert, Zsolt's associate, template maker, and installer showed up.  He performed his work in a timely, pleasant and efficient manner. 
A few days later we were contacted by Allison, who told us that the granite was cut and ready for installation, DAYS in advance of when we expected!!  We agreed on an installation date, and on that day, Robert and Alberto showed up ready to perform the work!  Both men were courteous and efficient.  The old counters were removed without disturbing the special backsplash that I had installed a few years earlier, and the new counters were installed sealed, polished in less than a full day.  All of the debris was cleaned up and carried away.  These workmen KNOW their business, and aim to please.  It was truly a pleasure to deal with this company, and I can heartily recommend them, without any reservation!
