"Rude. Inconsistent. Went in in Dec. spoke with them, they were all nice, ready to go, yes we can do just floors, yes we can do partial reno, yes you can buy a kitchen elsewhere. NOW? Not even a response via their website, nasty, entitled elite snobs. They "changed their policy", now you need to do the ENTIRE project with them, they won't even give you the time of day. This is fantastic business now that we are in a recession, people are not buying left and right, and now they are basically stating they don't need your business.
