"Josh is simply the best. My experience has been beyond professional. He went above and beyond with excellent communication, gorgeous suggestions and everyone loves the roof. Best of all, no more leaks. Ask for gutter extenders."

"We had been looking to have a sun room and when we saw Continental ad "call now" a catching phase, we decided to call. Appointment was scheduled and we were pleased with the quote and the representative so sun roof was installed and we have been happy with it."

"Kelly Storm impressed me form the first time I met him. He was very upfront with me. I had already had several people come to my home after the 6/19/2018 hail storm to give me their estimates to repair my home. However, none of the other contractors would even show me their number as compared to the numbers I got from my insurance company. Most all of the contractors asked for a signed contract the very first time I met them. Kelly just asked me if he could walk around the home, take some pictures and get on my roof. After he made all of his inspections of the damage. He made another appt with me to go over his numbers line by line as compared to the insurance company. He then spent a few weeks dealing with my insurance company to get ALL of the work paid for, because their adjuster had missed a lot of the damage. Kelly was very open and honest as to the process he was going through with my insurance company. It was a very easy decision to sign a contract with Kelly. Once the job started Kelly continued to communicate with me daily as to how things were going and when things would be done. He was very much on the job and knew what was going on. Not once did I feel Kelly wasn't looking out for my best interest. Kelly went over and above the call of duty. He has demonstrated honesty, integrity, loyalty, and perseverance since the first day I met him. He and his company have gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and my special needs son. I would highly recommend Kelly and his company to anyone who needs any repairs on your home. It will be an easy call for me next time I get hail or need anything else done to my home."

"Arrived on time both for estimate and repair work. Explained each step in detail. Area was cleaned satisfactorily upon completion. I would not hesitate to contact this contractor in the future.

"It was fine and they've been doing a really good work for me. They showed up on time, they do good work, they do it in a reasonable price and they've been reliable and I am really happy."

"Excellent! Sylvestre is knowledgable, honest, and hard working. He is like family to us now!!! He has done several projects for us over the last 3 years, inside and out, large and small. After struggling through the years to find a good contractor, our hunt is over!! We will not be calling anyone else."

"Operations manager, Scot Willis, was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have gone with Advantage if it wasn't for Scot. I feel that he was honest and didn't just try to sell me a roof (as overall the roof was fine) with many of the roofing companies coming in and overpromising. He helped me through the insurance process and even called back the gutter contractor to fix something that I overlooked."

"Choice is a solid home warranty company. They are very responsive during claims, and they cover a fair amount of issues. As you would suspect, certain exclusions apply, but I feel like you get what you pay for with their pricing model. I pay for convenience because if something happens I can call them and know someone will be out soon to fix the issue."

"He arrived on schedule replaced the faucet and fixed the bad installation that had been completed prior to me buying this house years ago. I will call him in the future for further work.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
