Tried replacing an inexpensive part first, at no extra cost, to see whether that would fix the problem. Only when that failed did they do the more expensive repair. One time they came and said they needed to come back but didn't, another time said they would come but after repeated calls, didn't. I don't know what happened since I used them last."
