Next day at his show room, Raphael provided samples of the stone, and helped with the selection process answering all of our questions and concerns. After writing the contract, Raphael proudly gave us a tour of his 25,000 sq. ft. factory. "Miguel came from the company and gave me an estimate for resurfacing the floor and deck area with travertine stone. I had done some research and I knew those to be expensive, but they were exactly what I needed not only for beauty, but because I had slippery tile and wanted safer flooring. The pool too needed resurfacing. Miguel coordinated everything so that it would be completed before a children's party I was going to have for my grandchildren. "A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice. <br />"
