"The seal Waterworks put between my driveway and my garage floor makes the driveway appear much more finished. I didn't know how unfinished it looked before I hired Waterworks. It looks much better now. My only concern is that the "filler" material is still soft 3 days later. I need to call the company to find out if that is a problem or no. They were also fast. The job was completed in about an hour."

"We did not have to completely replace the side staircase or redo the basement entrance for both instances. They were able to rein-enforce, repair and resurface these deteriorated and previously moss covered and crumbling concrete areas. It was handled in 1.5 days. Very professional, kind and capable employees. Left the sight very clean and did a spectacular job on the repairs. The areas look like new entrances. Very well done! The price was great as well. "I'll make this short, but could write a novel. From the start he was great to work with, then once work began dates kept getting pushed and pushed. the wrong garage door was installed, I had a garage door opener installed that I didn't ask for (but am glad it's there now), the service door was the wrong swing, the apron had to be redone due to being the wrong size and it didn't have a slope to it. I heard over and over that he was just the messenger to relay the information to his sub-contractors. the project was completed one month after the 'promised' completion date. Once the project was comlete I have to say that I'm happy with the finished product, just the process was VERY frustrating. That's the short version...take it for what you will."

"Damian and his crew did an amazing job on my basement. I had at least two other contractors flake out on me and I was thinking no one would want to tackle my basement. I had multiple floods in my basement and needed a lot of sheetrock repair. I also needed a stud wall, sheetrock and electrical run for a wall I had to tear down (sump pump and drain tile installed by someone else). They handled the job no problem. Communication was excellent, they showed up on time and I never felt like they were "in the way." The workers were always polite and they left a clean work space. If I ever need more work done I would not hesitate to call them again. I feel like I have my basement back."

"They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."
