"I have a crack in a kitchen countertop that cannot be repaired. I liked the honesty of Barry and the lessons on countertops he gave me. For a company to be honest about a project and determine what they could do would not result in a professional look was astounding! While I cannot attest to the quality of work (for this review I had to rate them and guessed it would be a 5), I am certain anyone who has the knowledge and integrity to enlighten the customer to the problem and suggest alternatives for repair/replacement, would provide excellent results. "David is one of the best workers I've ever seen. He shows up exactly when he says he will, stays for about 2.5 hours (for a 1700 square foot house), and promptly leaves. He never breaks anything, and he puts everything back where he found it (but he also moves stuff to clean around it). He once hired a few people to work for him, but after a very brief trial, found they weren't up to snuff and let them go. When I asked him why, he said only the best, most thorough, most prompt and professional people could work for him. So, now he does all the cleaning himself. He is prompt, pleasant, courteous, thorough, detail oriented, and personable. When I moved, it was a major factor to move into an area that he still would still service, if that tells you anything. He's also never missed a service in all the years he's cleaned my house. Thanks, David! You rock!

"We were so impressed by the quality of work,  concern about customer satisfaction,  professionalism, and ease of working with the people at Alpha Stoneworks  that we can recommend dealing with them with no reservations...and that's saying a lot!
Jay was our customer representative and helped us with professionalism, enthusiasm, and  answers to all our questions.  There was a delay in getting our countertops that was not the fault of Alpha Stone Works. iIt was due to a snowstorm in the North where our Cambria quartz shipment originated ).  Both Jay and Chris kept on top of the situation and kept us informed.  They were very concerned about our satisfaction and did everything they could to speed up the order once the shipment arrived. 
Chris, the owner of the company, made the template and it fit perfectly .  The countertops truly look beautiful!
We could not be happier with our experience with this company and are looking forward to  working  with them again on our bathroom cabinet tops.
